Our Services are intended for licensed contractors and renovation businesses operating lawfully within their respective jurisdictions. By using our Services, you represent that your business holds all required licenses, bonds, and insurance as mandated by local, state, and federal regulations.
Program Name: Noesis Logistics Inc. — Client Acquisition SMS Program
Program Description: By providing your phone number and submitting our contact form, you may opt in to receive SMS messages from Noesis Logistics Inc. Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, follow-ups regarding your inquiry, account notifications, and occasional promotional communications about our client acquisition services for bathroom renovation contractors. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our team.
Noesis Logistics Inc. uses proprietary qualification methods to verify client intent and contact information. While we strive to deliver high-quality, pre-qualified clients, we cannot guarantee that every client will result in a project, appointment, or revenue. Client replacement or credits may be offered at our sole discretion when a client demonstrably fails to meet agreed-upon quality criteria as defined during onboarding.
Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are established at time of agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in your service agreement. All content, branding, methodologies, and materials on the Noesis Logistics Inc. website are owned by or licensed to Noesis Logistics Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization. Client data provided to you is licensed for your internal business use only and may not be sold, sublicensed, or transferred.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noesis Logistics Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noesis Logistics Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
